When you place an order at À Tous, we will update you on the status of your order via email and text message as soon as possible. Each order will take 1-3 days to prepare before being sent to the shipping partner. We will send you a tracking number afterwards.

While the order is still in preparation status, we will make the change for you as soon as possible. In case the order has been shipped, we will try our best to change, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit if the delivery address is in a different province.

À Tous products go through many inspection stages before being sent to you. In case unfortunately, the product reaches you with unexpected manufacturing errors, please contact us to receive the fastest possible EXCHANGE support:

- If the product is found to be defective, we will cover all costs incurred, including shipping costs when returning the item to you.
- If the product is found to be free of defects or the return period has expired, we will still ship the product back to you. In this case, you will be responsible for all additional costs, including shipping costs.

We pack and ship orders daily so please contact us as soon as possible to make changes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any new changes.

In addition to the above requirements, À Tous does not accept requests for CANCELLATION OF ORDERS.

* À Tous will not refund the difference if the total value of the exchanged product(s) is lower than the value of your original order.
* The customer must pay the difference if the total value of the exchanged product(s) is higher than the original order value. Our customer service department will contact and guide you in this case

Refund time is about 2-5 days after the staff receives the returned goods and checks the product status. The process will be notified to you via email and text message.
