A. Product information
When an item catches your eye, simply click “Quick View” or the item name/image to view that item's specific detail page.
1. Processing time
The processing time of an item depends on its specific design. Therefore, it takes a certain amount of time to process one and we provide you with this information on each product page; on the right side under the Product name and Product Description.
Be aware and plan your shopping perfectly if you need your items to arrive on time for a particular occasion.
*Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.*
2. Size & Color
You’ll see all available sizes and colors on the right hand side of any Product Page. If a size or color doesn’t show up, it’s not available at that time, so if you want to inquire about restocking times, just click “Notify Me” and you’ll be notified when the variation becomes available.
We strongly recommend that you refer to the Size Chart of each Product as it may differ for different Styles; it appears on the right side in the Product Page. By referring to each specific size chart, it also reduces the additional cost due to Returns & Exchanges (please refer to our Return Policy here)
B. Place an order
1. Add to cart
Add your favorite items from wishlist or simply click “Quick Shopping”; "Add to Cart"; "Pre-Order" to add any item to Cart
Before checking out, please make sure you have added the correct items of your choice to your shopping cart and the correct quantity of each item.
If you require any customization for some items or need your order to arrive on a specific date, please “Add Order Notes” at the Cart page or contact us at atous.clothing@gmail.com for best support
2. Fill in your information
Contact Information: To receive Order Updates, it is mandatory to fill in your Email Address as we will also contact you primarily via email for further notifications once your order is placed.
Delivery Address: We strongly recommend that you fill in all required information in all blocks as this reduces the possibility of your Order being delayed or lost en route due to missing certain information about your Delivery Address. Please refer to our recommended content that appears in each block
Save this information for next time: Simply check the checkbox to save time filling in your information over and over again when purchasing future orders.
3. Continue Shipping
Please note that our transit times should only be used as a guide and are based on the time from dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for customs clearances as they vary from country to country, delays or failed payment approvals, although we will endeavour to minimise any potential delays.

C. Payment method
Upon receiving payment, the company will issue an invoice or document via email to the customer during the purchase process.

Please note that after placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. However, this receipt does not constitute a contract and À Tous Clothing reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to credit card authorisation failure, insufficient stock or suspected fraud.
If you are still having trouble placing your order after multiple attempts, please contact us at atous.clothing@gmail.com with a screenshot of the error and we will fix it for you.
